Our client operates in the real estate wholesaling and flipping industry. Their goal is to efficiently connect with homeowners interested in selling their properties, assist in wholesaling, flipping, and retail transactions, and eventually scale their team of assistants to enhance their business operations.
Why does this role exist?
This role is critical to driving the company’s growth by generating and qualifying high volumes of real estate leads through outbound calling. The appointment setter will be the first point of contact for homeowners, gathering important property details and scheduling follow-up calls for sales closers. Hiring skilled assistants allows the client to scale operations rapidly and maximize deal flow.
The Impact you’ll make
Outbound Lead Generation
• Make 300 to 400 outbound calls daily to homeowners.
• Identify motivated sellers interested in wholesaling, flipping, or retailing their properties.
• Engage leads in friendly, natural conversations to build rapport.
Appointment Setting
• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for closers with qualified leads.
• Use client scripts and scenarios to effectively guide calls toward booking.
Information Gathering
• Collect detailed property information such as roofing condition, HVAC status, lease details, and other relevant data.
• Ensure accurate and thorough data collection to support deal evaluation.
Lead & CRM Management
• Log all calls and update lead statuses using CRM software.
• Utilize CallRail for call tracking and PropStream/DealMachine for lead research.
Team Growth & Development
• Ramp up quickly through client-provided training and scripts.
• Demonstrate potential to grow into a closing role over time.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
• Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience in real estate (appointment setting or closing roles)
• Proven track record of high-volume outbound calling (300+ calls/day)
• Experience using CRM software and call tracking tools
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred) with an outgoing, personable tone
• Ability to ask targeted questions without being overly salesy
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
