Content Operations Project Manager

This role collaborates cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Marketing, and Publishing to support developer onboarding and operational excellence.</p>
<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate onboarding and procurement processes for third-party developers</li>
<li>Lead supply chain, procurement, and purchasing initiatives, including vendor integration, FTC compliance verification, and signature tracking</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve stalled cases and ensure smooth workflows</li>
<li>Maintain and update onboarding trackers, providing timely status reports to stakeholders with a strong sense of ownership</li>
<li>Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery and execution</li>
<li>Share best practices to elevate operational standards across the team</li>
<li>Partner with Legal to manage contract and statement-of-work drafting, review, and approval</li>
<li>Drive cross-functional execution and ensure accountability for deliverables</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in business-related project management</li>
<li>2+ years in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing management</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li>
<li>Solid understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheet creation/modification</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail in documenting workflows, schedules, and trackers</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership and accountability in project execution</li>
<li>BA/BSc or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM platforms</li>
<li>Experience in platform QA and hardware development</li>
<li>Direct experience working with third-party developers to release content</li>
<li>Genuine passion for technology and the XR industry</li>
</ul>
