About the position
Shine Behavioral LLC is seeking a passionate and licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing ABA center. This role involves providing behavioral and parent training, conducting assessments, and customizing treatment plans for children with autism and developmental delays. The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and provide direct training to all Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as well as any BCBA grad-students in a telehealth capacity.

• Maintain a caseload of up to 5-6 clients and provide direct supplemental supervision to clients in the clinic setting.
,
• Provide parent, teacher, and staff training on the direct principles of ABA and behavior modification.
,
• Conduct functional behavioral and verbal assessments/analyses (VBMAPP, Vineland III, PEAK, FBA, QABF, etc).
,
• Customize treatment plans to meet individual needs based on assessment and monitor client progress towards goals.
,
• Assist with administrative tasks such as insurance paperwork.
,
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for session notes, treatment plans and supervision, treatment authorizations and RBT requirements, etc.
,
• Maintain case files per center standards.
,
• Assist in program development in partnership via consulting agreement with renowned Autism clinic.
,
• Assist Clinical Director in all aspects of day to day clinician management and development.
,
• Provide behavioral consultation to Shine Behavioral Academy (our private NPO school).
Requirements
• Master's degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
,
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
,
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
,
• Minimum 4 years experience preferred providing ABA services to children with Autism and other developmental disorders (this can be prior to becoming a BCBA as a Registered Behavior Technician).
,
• License or certification and credentialing that would allow for insurance billing.
,
• Experience facilitating social interaction in children with autism in group settings.
,
• Knowledge of conducting skill and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, etc.).
,
• Expertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction program.
,
• Minimum 1 year of providing services via telehealth.
