<p><br>The Gold Standard Foundation has an exciting role in our newly created Technical Delivery Team, designed to strengthen and support our Technical Division.</p>
<p>As an associate, you will report directly to the Head of Technical Delivery, helping to streamline processes, improve the Technical division’s efficiency, and enhance collaboration across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on how our technical teams operate and connect with other divisions at Gold Standard.</p>
<p>We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years’ experience, ideally with a background in project management, technical support, or economics. If you’re naturally analytical, highly organised, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><br></span></p>
<p>• Support the coordination of technical project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations across workstreams.<br>• Track day-to-day execution of technical programmes and escalate bottlenecks or delivery risks to the Head of TDO.<br>• Proactively manage and coordinate the schedules of the CTO and Directors in the Technical team, ensuring calendars are kept up-to-date, and conflicts are minimised.<br>• Assist in preparing documents, coordinate briefing papers and presentations for executive meetings, and ensure the CTO has the necessary materials.<br>• Assist in tracking budgets and financial forecasts for technical projects, providing input for cost tracking and reporting.<br>• Support procurement and vendor engagement processes under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of deliverables.<br>• Maintain databases, templates, trackers, and project management tools to ensure consistency and accessibility of project information.</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, economics or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, programme delivery, or operational support.<br>• Experience in technical, climate, sustainability, or non-profit sectors is an advantage.<br>• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is preferred.<br>• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.</p>
