About the position
As a Bilingual Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals seeking health insurance solutions. This remote position requires you to utilize your bilingual skills in Spanish and English to assist customers in understanding their coverage options and selecting the best products to meet their health and financial needs. You will be responsible for full lifecycle customer service, ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience for every client.
Responsibilities
• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their personal health and financial needs.

• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including accepting inbound calls and making follow-up calls.

• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner.
,
• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services.
Requirements
• Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
,
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
,
• High speed internet (> 25 mbps).
,
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience.
,
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Computer experience.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Benefits
• Guaranteed hourly wage plus performance bonus opportunities.
