Key Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Meeting Management: Organize, lead, and document project meetings, providing clear status updates and actionable takeaways.
• Communication: Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and team members.
• Task Management: Monitor task assignments, follow up on deadlines, and maintain progress updates in project management systems.
• Status Reporting: Compile and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project plans.
Qualifications:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the electronic health records industry is a plus.
