Are you looking for a way to turn your commercial real-estate contact list into a commission opportunity? Are you a real estate broker, looking to provide value to your clients and add an additional revenue stream for you? Do your existing clients have projects that are stuck - consider introducing us as their Owner’s Representative to help you put the deal back on track. We're looking for motivated individuals to generate leads for our business, Mark Moore Consulting, LLC (MMC). We are a Owner’s Representative consulting firm that helps owners navigate the process of building out their dream location - whether it’s hiring design professionals, performing PCAs, or managing the entire project - giving them peace of mind at every step of the design-build process. We need reputable commercial real-estate leads for design-build projects that will result in contracts for MMC to provide Owner’s Representative services. This position will be purely commission based, with 1-5% of the total contract revenue paid out for leads generated and 6-10% paid out for deal closings. Exact percentage based on quality of leads and involvement in contract negotiations. Ideal for a real estate broker or sales representative who is looking to add owner’s representation to their list of provided services.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with us to learn our business and how to best market MMC to potential leads
• Connect with leads regularly and build relationships with potential clients
• Use our in-house CRM system to track and manage leads you pursue and maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Make connections between leads and MMC, having sold the business to the the leads
• Set up appointments for leads to meet with MMC
Requirements:
• Ability to communicate and follow up with prospects in your pipeline and upper-management at MMC
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and problem solving
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Ability to effectively market our services to potential clients.
