I am seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in the real estate industry. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and fluency in Wise Agent CRM.

Must-Have Qualifications:

•Experience working in real estate (admin or transaction coordination preferred)

• Proficient with Wise Agent CRM

• Excellent communication and follow-through

• Highly dependable and punctual

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• High level of integrity and professionalism

• Comfortable with common tech tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)

• Graphic design skills are a plus, but not a requirement

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available for a video (on-camera) interview — no exceptions
