Job description: Summary

The Director of Learning & Development, reporting to the Chief People Officer, is responsible for the strategy, cross-functional development and execution of QGenda's learning and development programs for our employees. This role combines traditional Learning and Development, with responsibilities for leadership, organizational development, compliance training and LMS management.

Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for developing and implementing effective and productive learning and enablement strategy. Takes our business strategy and goals to turn that into programs and solutions that have a positive impact across the business
• Plan, design, manage new and existing development programs, creating talent solutions that focus on the growth and retention of our talent
• Partners with internal stakeholders to identify skills and competencies needed to achieve business goals and articulates actionable strategies to develop them
• Work cross-functionally to plan, organize, design, develop, communicate and implement training and enablement programs to ensure clarity of message, define action items and define expected KPIs
• Collaborates with HR Business Partners to meet the organizational development needs of teammates and leaders at QGenda
• Partners with the HR Leadership team to set up the curriculum design strategy for training employees and people leaders
• Ensure our teams are onboarded, ramped, and continuously educated, evaluated, informed and equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviors they need to be empowered to succeed

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
• 7-10 years' of successful learning and development, channel training or sales enablement experience
• Significant breadth of knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong coaching skills
• Experience with presenting at all levels, up to the C-suite
• SaaS industry experience preferred
• Strong business acumen coupled with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions to offer our clients & stakeholders an exceptional level of service and meeting business objectives
