Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, or instructional design, particularly in a home-based or remote setting.
Strong knowledge of teaching methods, pedagogical theories, and educational technologies.
Familiarity with designing curriculum for various grade levels and subjects.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with remote teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching.
Experience in developing online or digital curricula is highly desirable.
