<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Market analysis &amp; networking</strong> – Map the French market, identify key OEMs, TIER1/TIER2s, and build lasting relationships. Territory: France, with possible expansion to Southern Europe and North Africa.</li>
<li><strong>OEM approval management</strong> – Define and roll-out approval process of OEMs.</li>
<li><strong>New business development</strong> – Identify opportunities, work with R&amp;D to tailor solutions, and manage projects to industrial launch.</li>
<li><strong>Project leadership</strong> – Manage all phases from first contact to project closure (2 industrial orders), in close collaboration with technical and commercial teams.</li>
<li><strong>Customer care &amp; account development</strong> – Handle and grow existing direct accounts in your region.</li>
<li><strong>CRM &amp; reporting</strong> – Document your activities and report key project updates to the management team.</li>
<li><strong>Product focus</strong> – Concentrating on TPE products but also considering other HEXPOL TPE thermoplastics and rubber compounds.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li><p><strong>Technical and commercial knowledge</strong> of the <strong>plastics</strong> and <strong>automotive</strong> industry is a prerequisite.</p>
</li>
<li><p><strong>Language skills:</strong></p>
</li>
<li><p><strong>Fluent in French</strong> and <strong>business-level English</strong> is a <strong>prerequisite</strong></p>
</li>
<li><p>German as an advantage.</p>
</li>
<li><p><strong>Proven B2B sales experience</strong> in France and optionally in Southern Europe, with measurable success.</p>
</li>
<li><p><strong>Network and contacts</strong> – solid network in the automotive industry, including established contacts with OEMs and TIERs.</p>
</li>
<li><p><strong>Strong customer focus &amp; business mindset</strong> – understanding the needs and offering solutions that create value.</p>
</li>
<li><p><strong>Strategic communicator with a hands-on mentality</strong> – combining strong communication skills with strategic thinking and the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.</p>
</li>
<li><p><strong>Willingness to travel</strong> – for customer visits and collaboration with teams at our sites (mainly Lichtenfels/Germany).</p>
