If you have a passion for digital trends, persuasive messaging, and advertising innovation, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for growth and collaboration.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul> <li> Conduct customer research and social listening to uncover audience insights. </li> <li> Analyse competitor activity and industry trends to inform campaign strategy. </li> <li> Develop key messaging frameworks and creative themes for advertising campaigns. </li> <li> Identify and implement trending creative formats (e.g. POV ads, "Us vs. Them", disruptive visuals). </li> <li> Write compelling ad copy aligned with strategic messaging. </li> <li> Translate analytics (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) into actionable creative decisions. </li> <li> Evaluate existing client content for optimisation opportunities. </li> <li> Collaborate closely with Ads Managers to align creative with performance data. </li> <li> Present clear reports on campaign outcomes (e.g. CTR, thumbstop rate, CPA) with strategic recommendations. </li> <li> Maintain well-organised briefs, naming conventions, and asset libraries. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3><ul> <li> Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role. </li> <li> Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital ad campaigns. </li> <li> Expertise in ad performance analysis and iterative creative development. </li> <li> Proficiency in social platform dashboards (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads). </li> <li> Exceptional communication and presentation skills. </li> <li> Must have access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Desired Attributes</strong></h3><ul> <li> Passion for digital media and staying ahead of social trends. </li> <li> Ability to lead and collaborate with designers, editors, and creators. </li> <li> Analytical thinker who can isolate variables and iterate quickly. </li> <li> Creative problem-solver with an experimental mindset. </li> <li> Fluent in transforming brand tone and strategy into performance-ready creatives. </li> </ul>
