If you have a proven track record in <strong>financial or banking recruitment BD</strong> or consulting sales and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for lead generation and pipeline building.</li> <li>Conduct outreach via cold calling, warm calling, and email campaigns to engage prospective clients.</li> <li>Set up and lead BD sales meetings to secure job descriptions and partnership agreements.</li> <li>Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base across international markets.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.</li> <li>Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and sales activities.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the founder to align BD initiatives with overall business goals.</li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development within <strong>banking or financial recruitment</strong>, management consulting, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong understanding of recruitment sales processes and client acquisition strategies.</li> <li>Experience in finance or professional services sectors is highly advantageous.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results without micromanagement.</li> <li>International BD experience highly desirable.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a down-to-earth, professional approach.</li> <li>Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop for remote work.</li> </ul><p></p>
