Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and drive the optimization of our supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and improving processes across various aspects of supply chain management, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain strategies and have a proven track record of optimizing operations to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the supply chain optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement across the end-to-end supply chain process.
Manage and optimize supplier relationships, ensuring cost reduction, timely deliveries, and high-quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams including procurement, logistics, production, and distribution to ensure smooth operations.
Implement data-driven strategies to enhance forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of optimization efforts and identify areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Lead projects related to process improvements, system upgrades, and supply chain automation.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
Collaborate with senior management to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the supply chain team to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
Experience in using ERP and supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of supply chain risk management and mitigation strategies.

Experience

5+ years of experience in operations and supply chain management, preferably with experience in optimizing large-scale supply chains.
Demonstrated success in managing supply chain optimization projects and achieving measurable results.
Previous experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly desirable.
Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement strategies.

Working Hours

Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
Flexible working hours with the option for hybrid or remote work, depending on project needs.
