This is a remote position.
A purposeled, ownerrun ecommerce business in the natural lifestyle and wellness space is looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Remote PA Social Media Assistant. This is a parttime independent contracting role (approx. 10–15 hoursweek), ideal for someone who is passionate about healthy living, sustainability, and supporting a small business owner in both their daytoday and digital presence.
The business offers a carefully curated selection of premium products designed to support more natural, conscious living, from air and water purification to tools for nutrientrich food preparation. The mission is to help customers live healthier, more sustainable lives in a way that’s practical and enjoyable.
You’ll work closely with the core team to help keep things running smoothly and support digital engagement, with occasional assistance in a personal assistant capacity as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
• Respond to direct messages and comments across platforms to maintain engagement.
• * Draft and schedule creative, brandaligned content for social media and newsletters.
• * Assist with content planning, product highlights, and light visual creation.
• * Coordinate with the team on product photography and campaign ideas.
• * Monitor audience interaction and suggest ways to boost reach or community connection.
• Personal Assistant Support
• Step in to assist with personal or executive tasks when the primary PA is unavailable or at capacity.
• * Examples may include travel bookings, calendar organisation, placing online orders, research, or managing reminders.
• * Help maintain a sense of order and calm across the founder’s worklife responsibilities.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a support, VA, or assistant role (admin or creative).
• * Strong written communication and time management skills.
• * A proactive, solutionsoriented mindset with a warm, grounded approach.
• * Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and common social platforms.
• * Interest in wellness, sustainability, or conscious living is a plus.
• * Ability to work independently with reliability and care.
