We're seeking a <b>Commercial Property Desk Adjuster</b> to manage a wide range of property losses—accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Role:</b><br>As a Commercial Property Desk Adjuster, you’ll be responsible for handling mid-to-large commercial property claims from first notice of loss through resolution—all from a desk-based environment. You'll evaluate damages, determine coverage, negotiate settlements, and guide policyholders through the process with professionalism and clarity.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Investigate and adjust commercial property claims remotely</li><li>Review policy coverage, loss reports, estimates, photos, and supporting documents</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and field adjusters as needed</li><li>Communicate regularly with insureds, brokers, and internal teams</li><li>Ensure file accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation and support in litigation prep if required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>3–5+ years of experience handling commercial property claims</li><li>Strong knowledge of commercial property policies and construction basics</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills</li><li>Proficiency with claims management systems (e.g., Xactimate, Symbility, Guidewire)</li><li>Active adjuster license(s) as required by jurisdiction</li><li>Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines independently</li></ul>
