<p>About the Client: The client is a leading provider of high-quality used semi-trucks, dedicated to delivering exceptional value and service to clients nationwide.</p>
<p><strong>Overview:</strong><br>The client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support accounting-related administrative tasks. This is an entry-level position with a focus on payables, data entry, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communication with team members.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice tracking and basic reconciliation.</li><li>Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.</li><li>Learn and operate the company’s CRM for record management.</li><li>Support the purchase order process (no prior experience required—training provided).</li><li>Organize and maintain files using the company’s shared OneDrive system.</li><li>Make follow-up calls to vendors, clients, or internal team members as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated records for accounting and administrative purposes.</li><li>Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li><li>Communicate effectively via email, chat, and phone with both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Preferably with basic knowledge or background in accounting or accounts payable.</li><li>Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools, including CRMs and purchase order systems.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working in shared cloud storage (OneDrive).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.</li></ul>
