pPart-time (8am-12pm or 9am-1pm) and weekend hours (including Sundays)./p

pWe are looking for a consistent and compassionate Scheduling Coordinator. Nurture amp; Nature ABA and Consultation is seeking to hire a self-motivated, efficient, responsible individual to join the Scheduling Team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will work with the clients, Clinical Team and Chief Operations Officer to coordinate staffing and scheduling of ABA services as well as perform a variety of other administrative tasks./p

pThis will be a hybrid role, with both virtual at-home and in-person work. The office locations relevant to this position are located in Valley Village and Hawthorne, CA./p

liWork collaboratively with Human Resources and the Clinical Team to coordinate the staffing and scheduling of therapists with clients/li
liGenerate flexible reports on scheduling status of cases and contract fulfillment/li
liUtilize scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules/li
liTrack and manage staff and client cancellations and coordinate coverage or make up sessions/li
liArrange field training for new therapists/li
liProgram development/li
liSupporting the Scheduling team (data entry, phone calls, sending emails, filing etc.)/li
liOther duties as assigned/li

liHigh school degree or equivalent (required);/li
liScheduling experience;/li
liCustomer service experience;/li
liAdministrative experience;/li
liStrong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills;/li
liCreative mindset with the ability to follow up;/li
liMust demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills;/li
liMust be willing to undergo a FBI and DOJ fingerprint check;/li
liTime management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines;/li
liAbility to perform a broad variety of tasks, each requiring a different skill set;/li
liDetail-oriented mindset;/li
liAccountability and ownership of your work;/li
liProblem solving skills, ingenuity and ability to follow directions precisely;/li
