Oversee and coordinate the development and implementation of clinical programs to meet the needs of the diverse population in the state of Minnesota.

Utilize expertise in healthcare services and clinical programming to drive innovation and improve the quality of healthcare services.

Lead a team of clinical programmers, providing guidance, support, and supervision in the development and implementation of programs.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies, to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of program objectives.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes and impact.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical programming to continuously improve and enhance programs.

Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with budgetary constraints.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to healthcare services and clinical programs.

Collaborate with other departments and teams within the state government to identify opportunities for cross-functional initiatives and partnerships.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing support and mentorship to team members to promote professional growth and development.

Represent the state of Minnesota and its values in all interactions and communications related to clinical programming.

Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Communicate program updates, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and key decision-makers, both internally and externally.

Uphold high ethical standards in all aspects of the job and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
