We have been recognized as CNBC 50 disruptor, Financial Times 500 fastest growing companies, Fast Company World Changing Ideas.</span></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">Who You Are: </b></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Responsible for customer invoicing, cash receipts and providing excellent service to both our external and internal customers, the Billing Analyst role plays a critical part as a member of our Accounting Team. In this role, you will help with invoicing, responding to customer questions and escalations, and assessing and processing billing adjustments.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Reporting to the Director of Revenue, the ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated, results driven, and posses an ability to focus and to research root causes as problems arise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong operational mindset, and is excited to collaborate cross-functionally to scale billing systems and workflows. </span></p><p><br></p><p><i><b><span style="font-size: 18px;">Please note: This is a remote role, ideally based in EST or CST timezones</span></b></i></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">What You'll Do:</b></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Execute day-to-day billing operations for all customers </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve issues thoughtfully, delivering a high-quality billing experience</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Maintain strong documentation and uphold billing policies, controls, and audit-readiness standards</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Prepare and/or review monthly invoices and provide metrics to Finance leadership</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and maintain reporting</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Communicate directly with key customer and internal contacts to resolve past due balances</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Lead or contribute to system enhancement and billing automation initiatives</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate accurate, timely, and complete resolutions on outstanding matters impacting invoicing</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Serve as a go-to contact for internal stakeholders on billing data and metrics</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Assist with special projects as needed by Management</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and implement scalable solutions to improve billing accuracy and collection processes</span></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">What You Bring To Zūm:</b></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• 4+ years of work as a billing professional in in billing, order management, revenue operations, or a similar operational finance role</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance or other business degree</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Strong experience with NetSuite and other ERP or financial systems</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• A customer-first mindset—balancing operational accuracy with exceptional customer service</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and communication skills</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Driven to lead and contribute to system enhancement and automation projects</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Ability to manage and simplify complex billing workflows</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• A solutions-oriented team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members on various assignments, regardless of their level of complexity</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">If you are a full-time salaried or hourly worker, we offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Holidays, Wellness, Vacation, and more.</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><p></p>\n<p><i style="font-size: 16px;">Zum Services, Inc. and all its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. </i></p>
