About the position
Responsibilities
- Oversee campaign strategy and media budget management for paid social media.
- Implement and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to achieve traffic and revenue goals.
- Create strategy proposals for new campaigns based on objectives from strategy partners.
- Lead projects to improve team efficiency and inter-departmental workflow.
- Present campaign performance insights to key team members and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify and implement new testing opportunities for campaign evolution.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of paid social media experience required.
- 5 years of digital marketing experience in Travel and Entertainment preferred.
- Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and digital media buying tools.
- Strong understanding of online/offline data usage in digital and social media.
- Proficient in analytics, measurement, and testing structures.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet.
- Ability to simplify technical details for better understanding and motivation.
