About the position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign strategy and media budget management for paid social media.
  • Implement and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to achieve traffic and revenue goals.
  • Create strategy proposals for new campaigns based on objectives from strategy partners.
  • Lead projects to improve team efficiency and inter-departmental workflow.
  • Present campaign performance insights to key team members and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and implement new testing opportunities for campaign evolution.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of paid social media experience required.
  • 5 years of digital marketing experience in Travel and Entertainment preferred.
  • Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and digital media buying tools.
  • Strong understanding of online/offline data usage in digital and social media.
  • Proficient in analytics, measurement, and testing structures.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet.
  • Ability to simplify technical details for better understanding and motivation.
