<b>Description</b><br><p>DealHub is leading in the field of business application and with its unique quote-to-revenue solution helps the hottest names in the industry increase their revenue and manage their growth.</p><p>With an amazing customer-oriented approach and sharp minds, the Support team helps our customers with their technical problems and finds the right solution for them.</p><p>We are seeking for a Customer Support Specialist, to join the Support team and provide world-class support to our customers.</p><p>As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:</p><ul><li>Provide fast, professional, and personal support to Dealhub’s customers worldwide</li><li>Work on a ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls, and video calls</li><li>Provide application support on Dealhub’s platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms</li><li>Do troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solved</li><li>Make the customer satisfied with the solution and support provided</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p>We expect you to:</p><ul><li>Have previous experience as a Support Specialist in a Saas B2B companies</li><li>Have proven experience with CRM integrations and implementation</li><li>Be familiar with business applications and CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / etc.)</li><li>Have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach</li><li>Be bold, ambitious, and make things done</li><li>Think out of the box and lead a surprising problem-solving approach!</li><li>Have prior experience with SQL queries</li><li>Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology/ Information Systems)</li><li>Be a great team player!</li><li>Be Fluent in English (both written and verbal)</li></ul><br>
