<p>OPEN GLOBALLY</p><p>REMOTE—Flexible Hours Aligned with EST</p><p>Position: Brand Strategist</p><p>Type of contract: Independent contractor</p><p>🌎 Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!‼️</p><p></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We’re on a mission to help ambitious professionals find clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers.</p><p>Through a blend of mindset coaching, strategic job search support, and personal brand elevation, we empower our clients to stand out and step into their next chapter with purpose and impact.</p><p></p><p>We’re seeking a visionary, detail-oriented Brand Strategist to help elevate our founder’s thought leadership, grow our digital presence, and shape a cohesive, compelling brand experience across all channels.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><p>Brand Strategy & Positioning:</p><ul> <li>Refine and evolve the personal brand and messaging across all client-facing touchpoints (website, IG, LinkedIn, newsletter, etc.)</li> <li>Build clear brand pillars that reflect the brand's voice, coaching philosophy, and audience needs</li> <li>Translate brand positioning into visual and verbal storytelling across campaigns and launches</li> </ul><p></p><p>Content & Campaign Strategy:</p><ul> <li>Collaborate on content themes, launch calendars, and marketing assets for courses, coaching offers, and live events</li> <li>Guide storytelling direction for Reels, newsletters, carousels, and podcast/guest features</li> <li>Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform brand direction and opportunities</li> </ul><p></p><p>Growth & Community-Building:</p><ul> <li>Identify and pitch guest opportunities, partnerships, and cross-promotional channels</li> <li>Bring consistency and strategy to social media presence and thought leadership expansion</li> <li>Support brand-aligned lead gen initiatives and evergreen funnel development</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Have 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or creative direction</li></ul><ul> <li>Skilled at helping personal brands scale authentically without losing their voice</li> <li>Love combining emotional resonance with strategic thinking</li> <li>Understand the coaching/personal development space and speak the language of clarity, empowerment, and trust</li> <li>Are a proactive collaborator with strong communication and project management skills</li> </ul><p></p><p>Bonus Points For:</p><ul> <li>Experience in personal branding for coaches, speakers, or authors</li> <li>Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, ConvertKit, and Instagram strategy</li> <li>A keen eye for content repurposing and storytelling across platforms</li> </ul>
