<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>

<li>Create <strong>3D animations</strong> and motion assets for digital products, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity and Web3 design trends.</li>
<li>Collaborate with <strong>designers</strong>, <strong>developers</strong>, and <strong>product teams</strong> to translate creative concepts into functional, performance-optimized animations.</li>
<li>Implement animations using tools such as <strong>Spline</strong>, <strong>GSAP</strong>, <strong>Lottie</strong>, and <strong>Framer</strong>, ensuring smooth integration into development pipelines.</li>
<li>Optimize animations for <strong>web performance</strong>, balancing visual impact with load speed and responsiveness.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of animation <strong>style guides</strong>, <strong>design systems</strong>, and reusable components.</li>

<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<p>What you bring:</p>

<li>3+ years of proven experience designing micro-animations and UI/UX transitions for websites or apps using tools like Spline, GSAP, Lottie, Framer, or similar.</li>
<li>Ability to craft engaging, lightweight animations that enhance user experience without compromising performance.</li>
<li>Strong skills in 3D animation and motion design for digital products and apps (Blender, Cinema4D, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of performance-optimized animation for the web, including HTML5, CSS animations, SVGs, or JSON-based formats.</li>
<li>A sharp visual eye with a portfolio showcasing clean, futuristic, Web3-style animation applied to real-world products or digital interfaces.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Level of studies:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio). </p>
<p><strong>Language Requirements:</strong> Fluent in English</p>
