About the position
Guardian Management is seeking a dedicated HOA Manager to join our team, providing exceptional property management, financial oversight, and project management services to homeowners and their Board of Directors. This hybrid remote position allows for flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. The HOA Manager will be responsible for assessing and advising on clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will manage vendor relationships through contracted services, assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s), and develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and scopes of work for various projects. You will also play a crucial role in assisting the Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists, ensuring that all necessary decisions are made in a timely manner. Additionally, you will attend and conduct Board of Director meetings, providing guidance and support to ensure that the community's needs are met. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience managing single-family communities and condominium associations, with a strong ability to advise and direct the Board in making necessary decisions. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this position, as you will be required to assess complex situations and provide sound recommendations to the Board and homeowners.
