<p><strong>JRN: 2159</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a polished, highly organized Executive & Personal Assistant to support a high-level executive of an investment team/family office in Las Vegas, NV. This role combines high-level executive support with personal assistance, calendar management, travel coordination, and office oversight. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a high-trust, long-term opportunity with a respected leadership team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in finance, investments, or professional services</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple executive calendars and shifting priorities</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>High level of discretion, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and calendar management tools</li><li>Experience booking complex travel (domestic/international)</li><li>Comfortable liaising with vendors, contractors, and external partners</li><li>Business-casual, professional presentation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Heavy calendar management for executive and investment team</li><li>Coordinate and manage detailed travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, transportation)</li><li>Draft, edit, and manage correspondence with accuracy and tone</li><li>Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion</li><li>Act as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Provide personal support (errands, personal scheduling, etc.) as needed</li><li>Front desk coverage and call management when required</li><li>Maintain and organize office, kitchen, and conference spaces</li><li>Coordinate office-wide scheduling and internal events (holidays, team functions)</li><li>Liaise with building management and outside vendors for maintenance and operations</li><li>Assist with ad-hoc projects, task tracking, and team support</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p>Monday to Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM with flexibility as needed</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>$70-80K, discretionary bonus based on experience, comprehensive benefits</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Summerlin, NV</p><p></p>
