About the position

As a Hybrid Operating Room Technician, you will perform, and demonstrate your professional knowledge to provide care for our patients served in the Cath Lab department. Responsibilities
• Organizing, problem solving, informing, consulting, supporting, and networking.
,
• Working with the staff and physicians, assessing the situations, assist with problem solving and prevention, prioritization and contingency planning.
,
• Responsible for the interventional vascular cases primarily in the Hybrid OR with support to vascular cases in the Cath Lab.

Requirements
• Prefer registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) and maintain current registration with said organization.

• Basic and advanced EKG courses.
,
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
,
• Prefer years of experience in performing advanced interventional vascular procedures.

• Knowledge of proper sterile technique.
,
• Knowledge of vascular anatomy.
,
• Strong knowledge of hemodynamics and monitoring.
,
• Able to troubleshoot, teach and use Volcano, uvus, Merge and Allura Xper FD20 System.
,
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
,
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
