Hi there! My name is Andrew Sandoval, and I’m the owner of [Indoor Cycle Pros](https://www.indoorcyclepros.com), the Official Exclusive Direct Distributor of Stages Cycling indoor bikes for U.S. studios. We support boutique cycling studios nationwide and internationally with equipment sales, parts, and service.
We’re hiring a Social Media Engagement Specialist with direct experience in the boutique indoor cycling space—this is essential. You must understand the studio culture, tone, and language of this niche.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and engage with the Indoor Cycle Pros Instagram and Facebook accounts daily
- Thoughtfully like, comment, and interact with posts from studios and partners we follow
- Reach out to boutique cycling studio accounts we follow to request follow-backs
- Track trends in the indoor cycling community and apply them to our engagement style
- Represent our brand with a consistent, authentic, and professional voice
- Proactively identify and engage with new studios in alignment with our client base
Daily Time Commitment:
Approximately 2 hours per day ideally split between 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the late afternoon/evening to capture peak engagement windows.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in the boutique indoor cycling industry(rider, instructor, studio owner/manager, or cycling brand)
- Excellent written English with a motivational, clear, and professional tone
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook etiquette and engagement strategies
- Highly dependable and responsive with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with daily engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) – highly preferred, as we frequently engage with Latin American studios
- Knowledge of **Stages Cycling** equipment or similar commercial indoor cycling brands
- Prior experience growing or managing studio or fitness social media accounts
- Canva or basic design/editing skills a plus
