<b>Description</b><br><p>Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for Motorcycles, Outdoor, and ORV helmets, is looking for a dynamic and hands-on&nbsp;<strong>Brand Manager</strong>&nbsp;to lead the UK brand strategy and establish and manage our social media presence in the UK market. </p><p>This role combines strategic brand building with in-market execution, including social media activation, retailer engagement, training, and event support. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for motorcycling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being close to the customer, both online and in person.</p><p>This position territory will be designated for the UK, Ireland, and Scotland. </p><p>The position reports to the Sales Manager, North and East Europe. </p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Brand Management (50%)</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute the UK brand strategy in line with global brand guidelines.</li><li>Adapt global marketing assets and campaigns for the UK market.</li><li>Conduct regular retail store visits to ensure brand visibility and gather market feedback.</li><li>Train and educate retail partners and store teams on product USPs, brand values, and new product introductions, on Motorcycle and Outdoor.</li><li>Represent the brand at key trade shows, activities, and consumer and retailer events.</li><li>Collect real-world/end-user feedback and circulate this information internally.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Social Media &amp; Digital Activation (50%)</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the further development of all UK social media channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).</li><li>Develop and implement a UK-specific content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals.</li><li>Collaborate with influencers, creators, and content partners to drive engagement and awareness.</li><li>Monitor and report on performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, etc.).</li><li>Localize global content and create bespoke UK-relevant content to grow a loyal community.</li><li>Manage social media budgets and paid campaigns in collaboration with marketing and digital agency (if applicable).</li></ul><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong>:</p><ul><li>Car and Motorcycle driving license – a must.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of field sales/brand management experience- a must. Knowledge of the motorcycle and outdoor market is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in managing social media channels.</li><li>Experience in developing markets &amp; dealer channels is a plus.</li><li>Must be an active motorcycle rider with experience.</li><li>Ski experience is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the assigned regions at least 50% of the time. The rest of the time, working remotely or from a home office.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Residency – UK, ideally in the area of Birmingham / Milton Keynes / Oxford.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><br>
