<p><u><strong>About The Role:</strong></u></p>
<p></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical <strong>Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst</strong> to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p></p>

<p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u><br></p>
<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.</li><li>Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).</li><li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create automated reporting processes to improve efficiency.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve analytics capabilities.</li></ul>
<p><u><strong>Requirements</strong></u><strong><br></strong></p>
<p>Required Qualifications:<br></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>2–4 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).</li><li>Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.</li><li>Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.</li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:<br></p>
<ul><li>Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their BI/data services.</li><li>Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive analytics.</li><li>Experience in an industry-relevant domain (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).</li></ul><ul></ul><p><u>Competencies</u><u><br></u></p><ul>
