About the position
The Telecom OSP Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction schedule, expenses, quality of work, and safety for telecom projects. This role involves managing resources, including direct reports, matrix staff, and subcontractors, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. The position requires effective communication with clients and engineering teams, as well as hands-on oversight of construction activities.
Responsibilities
• Manage the construction schedule, expenses, quality of work, and safety for telecom projects.

• Oversee daily construction activities, including pre-construction assessments and documentation of existing conditions.

• Enforce the company's safety program and ensure compliance with daily jobsite safety plans.

• Document and manage repairs for any damage caused during construction activities.

• Provide on-site analysis of ongoing construction projects and interface with engineering teams for decision-making.

Requirements
• 3-5 years of industry experience in Aerial and Underground fiber construction methods.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
