We are seeking motivated Class A CDL drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) team. Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport freight across all 48 states (Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
• Maintain accurate logs and adhere to company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Comply with all DOT regulations and traffic laws

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,300+ average (post-training)
• Paid Training: $650/week for 4–6 weeks (for recent CDL grads)
• Transition Bonus: Up to $1,500, awarded at mileage milestones
• Monthly Performance Bonuses

• Paid Orientation: $300 upon hire (if fully hired)
• Vacation Pay: Increases with tenure (5 days at $400 after 1 year, etc.)

Home Time & Schedule

• Mileage: 2,500–3,000 miles per week
• Home Time: Typically every 2–3 weeks (14-21 days out, 2-3 days off)
• Equipment: Modern Freightliner trucks (avg. age 1.5 years), most with inverters/APUs
• Freight: 60% drop-and-hook, 99% no-touch

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A License (Recent grads must have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school)
• No Experience Required (Training provided)
• Must be 21+ years old
• Clean Drug Screening (hair & urine)
• Clean Background Check (no at-fault accidents, DUIs, or felonies)
• All driving violations will be reviewed
