The eBay Collectibles Team is looking for a Partnerships Senior Manager to lead our recently announced commercial agreement with PSA, the foremost authority for authentication and grading. The eBay and PSA partnership was developed to streamline the buying, selling, grading, and storage experiences for collectors. eBay is searching for a leader to manage this business. You will work externally with PSA on the partnership roadmap and internally with Product, Marketing, and Merchandising to deliver on business goals with PSA. In this role, you will develop and implement the annual operating plan for the PSA partnership and shape future initiatives and expansion. You will dive deep into the business to understand the key levers and drivers, reporting on critical metrics such as conversion rate, average selling price, top buyer/seller growth, and customer satisfaction. You will also provide input into marketing strategies, define a merchandising calendar, and create a selection strategy to grow the number of listings on eBay. Additionally, you will manage buyer and seller trust metrics and work to improve the overall customer experience by collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the annual operating plan for the PSA partnership and shape future initiatives and expansion.

• Dive deep into the business to understand key levers/drivers and report on critical metrics including conversion rate, ASP, top buyer/seller growth, listings growth, lead time, and CSAT.
,
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, documenting recommendations and next steps for execution.
,
• Provide input into marketing strategies, ensuring a positive return on investment for onsite and offsite marketing efforts.
,
• Define a 52-week merchandising calendar outlining key retail moments and seasonal events for eBay's homepage and category pages.
,
• Create a selection strategy to grow the number of listings on eBay in collaboration with PSA.
,
• Manage eBay's buyer and seller trust metrics through projects that enhance customer comfort in buying and selling on eBay.
,
• Work with consumer insights, sellers, and buyers to identify customer difficulties and collaborate with the product team to improve the buyer and seller experience.
Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience with increasing responsibility as a general manager in an online retail or marketplace environment.
,
• Prior experience successfully leading and inspiring diverse teams.
,
• Passion for the Trading Cards category and experience in the space or relationships with key industry players.
,
• Experienced at negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes with third parties in complex negotiations.
,
• Execution-driven, growth-oriented, ownership mindset to drive performance against agreed critical metrics.
,
• Ability to lead groups of individuals effectively and manage cross-functional coordination.
,
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills with external stakeholders.
,
• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
