Responsibilities
• Respond to telephone inquiries and provide friendly and informative interactions with members, beneficiaries, or their representatives.

• Interpret and communicate retirement plan information, including explaining estimates and mailing forms.

• Provide general PERS information on membership, withdrawal, and retirement rights.

Requirements
• One year of customer service experience which included explaining rules, programs, or procedures.

• 12 quarter (8 semester) college level credit hours in Business, Public Administration, or Finance.

Nice-to-haves
• Prior experience with PERS is preferred.
