Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instructional Designer to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning solutions that meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging, learner-centered instructional materials including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content is accurate and aligns with organizational goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Implement instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Continuously assess and improve existing learning materials and programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to course development and training outcomes.
  • Use multimedia tools and technologies to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and eLearning technologies.
  • Provide support in the delivery and evaluation of training programs, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all participants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in uploading and managing courses.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to analyze complex content and transform it into learner-friendly materials.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in an eLearning environment.
  • Experience with developing training programs for diverse audiences, including corporate employees, educators, or learners in specialized industries.
  • Proven ability to create effective instructional materials from concept to implementation.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, remote work.
