Responsibilities
• Coordinating with partners to ensure contracts adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Working with partners on contracting strategies and analyzing scopes of work.

• Identifying potential suppliers and preparing RFx packages.

• Coordinating proposal evaluation activities and negotiating with suppliers.
,
• Preparing award recommendations and awarding contracts.
,
• Facilitating pre-proposal, proposal clarification, and contract kick-off meetings.
,
• Supporting various department initiatives as required.
Requirements
• University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field and 2-4 years of related experience in the SCM field, or significant business knowledge with an additional 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

• Proven communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive abilities.
Nice-to-haves
• Enrollment in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) / Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation program or equivalent is an asset.

• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
