About the position

Collette is seeking Client Care Agents to join their Client Care Team, primarily working from home with occasional office visits based on business needs. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in the travel industry, ensuring that customers have a positive experience while fulfilling their travel dreams. The position is vital to the company's success, requiring strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional service for Collette's guests in an inbound and outbound call center.

• Build professional relationships with guests, travel agents, and partners to optimize customer experience.

• Educate guests on product offerings and the advantages of traveling with Collette.
,
• Process and review customer requests accurately and efficiently.
,
• Complete thorough reservations within the booking system with attention to detail.
,
• Review and complete operational reservation notations requiring action by the Client Care Center.
,
• Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
,
• Complete Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency.

Requirements
• Bilingual preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
,
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
,
• Conflict management skills and ability to resolve issues in stressful situations.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
