The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a warehouse according to company policies. </p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Receiving and Processing: </strong>Unload, inspect and store incoming inventory items<strong>.</strong></p><p><strong>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Order Fulfilment: </strong>Process, Package, and ship orders accurately.</p><p><strong>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Inventory Management:</strong> Organize stocks, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate records.</p><p><strong>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Quality Control: </strong>Inspect products for defects and damage. Fill out reports and manage return or refund process.</p><p><strong>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Warehouse Organization: </strong>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.</p><p><strong>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Safety Compliance: </strong>Lead safety and warehouse regulation as a number one priority.</p><p><strong>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Staff Management: </strong>Manage warehouse/logistics staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees</p><p><strong>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaboration: </strong>Work closely and communicate effectively with the ESAS logistics team to ensure shipping schedules are met to guarantee timely delivery and loss prevention</p><p><strong>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Logistics: </strong>Work with the Logistics Supervisor to improve on time delivery, quality and customer service within budget.</p><p><strong>10.&nbsp;Purchasing:</strong> create proactive purchasing plan for logistics and warehouse suppliers to maintain budget. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education</strong>: High school diploma is required; an undergraduate degree is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven warehouse management experience of 5+ year</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated ability in following OSHA safety practice.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and maintain safety program. </p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibility for warehouse and logistics operations</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Warehouse/logistics staff supervision.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Breaking down and building pallets including wrapping and banding.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide high accuracy kitting and final mile delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong>:</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;English speaking and writing proficiency are must.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Punctuality and reliability in attendance. </p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational skills and a team player. </p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work in hot temperatures within the warehouse.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to lift or move heavy products (50 Lbs.)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Familiarity with types of solar energy products.</li><li>Experience with procurement practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p> &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong> </p><p> We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations.
