General Electric is seeking an experienced and talented Organization & Talent Development Leader to help drive organizational performance and success. This role will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of a comprehensive talent development strategy for the organization across all functions and geographies. The successful candidate must possess the necessary qualifications to be successful in this role, including the ability to think strategically and drive effective change, experience leading large-scale organizational development initiatives, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy that meets the needs of the organization.
Lead organizational development initiatives to drive performance and success.
Leverage best practices and industry trends to ensure the strategy is effective and efficient.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment between the strategy and overall organizational objectives.
Establish metrics to measure the success of initiatives.
Monitor progress of initiatives and adjust when necessary to ensure the desired results are achieved.
Provide feedback and guidance to team members on their performance.
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to promote the organization's goals and objectives.
Design and implement programs to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure access to the latest resources and tools.
