Responsibilities
• Contributing to projects defined by specific charters to tackle business challenges across diagnostics and biopharma lab services.

• Leading and managing people and projects.
,
• Demonstrating strong analytical and project management skills.
,
• Executing daily tasks in respective departments while completing rotation assignments as defined in project charters.

Requirements
• A Master's degree (MBA, PharmD, and/or Ph.D. preferred) with an emphasis in science or healthcare.
,
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for 5 years or more.
,
• Previous experience in people leadership, project management, process improvement, strategy, consulting, and/or banking is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
