This high-impact role is perfect for someone who blends creative thinking with analytical sharpness and thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Duties and responsibilities:</strong></h3><p><strong>Performance Marketing &amp; Growth Strategy</strong></p><ul> <li> Own and optimise paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon </li> <li> Develop and scale strategies in paid social, influencer marketing, email/SMS, and retention </li> <li> Manage media budgets, ROAS, CAC, and overall performance across channels </li> <li> Lead creative testing for ads, hooks, landing pages, and conversion experiments </li> </ul><p><strong>E-Commerce &amp; Amazon Management</strong></p><ul> <li> Manage Amazon PPC, SEO, and listing optimisation (including A+ Content and keyword strategy) </li> <li> Align demand forecasting with the inventory/operations team </li> </ul><p><strong>Content &amp; Brand Building</strong></p><ul> <li> Collaborate on high-performing creative (UGC, video ads, influencer campaigns) </li> <li> Test influencer/creator partnerships and manage organic growth strategies (TikTok/Reels) </li> <li> Optimise email/SMS flows (experience with Klaviyo or Attentive preferred) </li> </ul><p><strong>Analytics &amp; Experimentation</strong></p><ul> <li> Track and report KPIs: LTV, ROAS, retention, and more </li> <li> Drive data-based decision-making and A/B testing </li> <li> Identify growth levers and opportunities for rapid scaling </li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul> <li> 5+ years in D2C/e-commerce growth, ideally in supplements, wellness, or CPG </li> <li> Proven success scaling brands to $1M+ via paid social and Amazon </li> <li> Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central </li> <li> Strong analytical mindset with fluency in tools like Google Analytics, TripleWhale, etc. </li> <li> Hands-on execution across ad copy, creative briefing, and campaign setup </li> <li> Agile, entrepreneurial, and thrives in ambiguous environments </li> </ul>
