<p>We are seeking a practical&nbsp;and motivated sales person&nbsp;to join our expanding company VM Kompensator in&nbsp;Denmark.&nbsp;VM Kompensator is located in Jylland and manufactures and installs fabric expansion joints on selected markets globally.&nbsp;</p><p>In this role, you will be driving sales of products and services to existing customers,&nbsp;strengthening our customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across primarily southern Sweden.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The customer base is typically aftermarket product and service within the&nbsp;Power &amp; Heating, Paper Mills, Food, Refineries industry.&nbsp;</p><p> As part of an international company, you will collaborate and be supported by both the teams in Denmark and in Sweden&nbsp;to ensure sustainable business growth.&nbsp;This position is based in southern&nbsp;Sweden and reports directly to Country Manager VM Kompensator.&nbsp;</p><h2>Key Responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager Role in Sweden</h2><ul><li>Develop existing and new customers in the Swedish market for VM Kompensator’s products and services.</li> <li>Do on-site inspections, measurements and minor service tasks in order to be able to identify the correct product and service solutions.</li><li>Generate quotes (together with the Danish sales team).</li> <li>Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and regular progress reports to management.</li> <li>Represent the company professionally at trade shows, events, and customer meetings..</li> <li>Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs in a timely and effective manner</li></ul><h3>Essential Skills and Experience for Sales Success in Sweden</h3><p>We think that you have experience from industrial sales &amp; service as well as experience from maintenance departments at a industrial site. You have knowledge about the applications and processes related to expansion joints and sealing solutions.&nbsp;<br></p><p>Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, other Nordic languages are&nbsp; seen as a plus. The position requires travelling within Sweden on a regular basis but also to Denmark.
