Design, implement, and maintain Linux infrastructure solutions for IBM's clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and cutting-edge technology solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Linux infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Linux technology to continuously improve IBM's offerings.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams regarding Linux infrastructure.
Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of Linux systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical manuals.
Continuously monitor and assess the security of Linux infrastructure to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Implement and maintain automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for growing IBM's Linux infrastructure services.
Mentor and train junior team members on Linux infrastructure best practices.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry standards while executing job responsibilities.
