Job Title: Litigation Associate – Multiple Openings

Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Remote flexibility available; must be based in St. Louis or nearby Illinois for court appearances)

Billable Hour Requirement: 1,950 hours

Overview:

A nationally recognized litigation firm is expanding its St. Louis office and is seeking talented litigation attorneys at the associate and partner levels. With an established reputation in asbestos defense and complex litigation, the firm is committed to rebuilding its team and investing in local legal talent to strengthen its presence across Missouri and southern Illinois.

The firm offers flexible remote work arrangements, while maintaining a strong local litigation practice that requires court appearances in Madison County, St. Clair County, and the City of St. Louis.

Open Positions:

1. Litigation Associate – Junior to Mid-Level

Experience: 2–8 years

Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of general litigation matters

Conduct depositions, draft motions, attend court hearings

Communicate with clients and co-counsel

Preferred Background:

Experience in asbestos, toxic tort, insurance defense, or product liability

Salary Range:

2–8years: $90,000 - $120,000

2. Senior Associate / Of Counsel

Experience: 8–12 years

Responsibilities:

Independently manage litigation dockets

Take the lead on hearings, depositions, and trial preparation

Oversee client communications and strategy

Preferred Background:

Prior trial exposure and courtroom leadership

Experience in toxic tort or related litigation fields

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)

3. Partner-Level Attorney

Experience: 12+ years

Responsibilities:

Lead trial teams and manage complex litigation

Supervise junior attorneys and support staff

Contribute to business development and strategic office growth

Requirements:

Significant trial experience

A portable book of business is required

Leadership interest and the ability to step into a junior or managing partner role

Salary Range: up to $250,000 (dependent on book and leadership experience)
