This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can build relationships, close deals, and help us expand our market presence.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul> <li> <strong>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting:</strong> Identify, research, and target potential clients through various channels, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and industry networking. </li> <li> <strong>Sales Pipeline Management:</strong> Build and manage a strong sales funnel from lead generation to closure, ensuring a healthy and consistent pipeline of opportunities. </li> <li> <strong>Client Engagement:</strong> Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative sales conversations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions. </li> <li> <strong>Inside Sales Execution:</strong> Convert qualified leads into paying customers by understanding client needs, positioning solutions effectively, and overcoming objections. </li> <li> <strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities. </li> <li> <strong>Market Research &amp; Insights:</strong> Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth. </li> <li> <strong>Collaboration with Marketing &amp; Product Teams:</strong> Work closely with marketing for campaign execution and provide feedback to the product team for feature enhancements based on client needs. </li> <li> <strong>Performance Reporting:</strong> Track and analyze key sales metrics, providing regular reports and forecasts to management. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h3><ul> <li> <strong>Experience:</strong> 3–10 years of proven success in business development, inside sales, or account management roles, preferably in a SaaS environment. </li> <li> <strong>Sales Expertise:</strong> Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including upselling and renewals. </li> <li> <strong>Lead Generation Skills:</strong> Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). </li> <li> <strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. </li> <li> <strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. </li> <li> <strong>Tech-Savvy:</strong> Comfortable with digital tools, cloud-based solutions, and virtual communication platforms. </li> <li> <strong>Self-Motivation:</strong> Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul> <li> Prior experience in a <strong>B2B SaaS</strong> environment. </li> <li> Familiarity with <strong>subscription-based business models</strong>. </li> <li> Understanding of software deployment, onboarding, and customer success processes. </li> <li> Exposure to international markets and global sales strategies.</li> </ul>
