Who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager.</p><p><br></p><p>Position: Business Development Manager<br></p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>Employment type: Full-time </p><p>Remuneration: Base salary.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><strong></strong></p><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.</li><li>Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.</li><li>Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong><strong></strong> </p><ul><li>Fluent/ native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication.</li><li>Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in German or Canadian markets. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit) </li><li>Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
