About the position
We are looking for a dedicated, highly organized Scheduling Coordinator with strong administrative expertise to join our team in a hybrid role. This position requires 2 to 4 hours per day of actual scheduling and communicating with clients and contractors, with two days a week in the office for interviews and meetings. The Scheduling Coordinator will be on call seven days a week from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, ensuring smooth coordination of our essential newborn care services. The role is crucial in managing and optimizing a complex scheduling system to ensure caregivers are appropriately assigned to families, serving as the primary point of contact between new parents and caregivers, and fostering clear and effective communication. The coordinator will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, promptly resolve scheduling conflicts to avoid service interruptions, and maintain accurate records while tracking caregiver assignments and generating reports for management. Additionally, the coordinator will recruit new talent and manage the onboarding process for caregivers, ensuring they meet qualifications and are equipped to meet the needs of families. Collaboration with the care team is essential to ensure service quality and responsiveness.

Requirements
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare, childcare or service-based industries

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to intuitively understand the needs of both caregivers and new parents

• Ability to work independently, think critically and make sound decisions under pressure

• Proficiency with scheduling software and the Microsoft Office suite
