<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Handle Inbound and outbound calls, data entry and update account information.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Help patients by answering basic medical billing and insurance questions.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Follow up on outstanding insurance claims by utilizing various insurance websites.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Learn and utilize several healthcare database programs. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Focus on problem resolution.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Use strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of calls.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Internet connection of 50 MB or more, which is hard-wired (Ethernet connected) from the modem to your company PC. Professional will provide all computer equipment after the initial training.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Your desktop work surface must have room for 2 PC monitors.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;">You will be required to sign and acknowledge these work-from-home requirements.</span></li>
