You will utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other online travel tools to ensure that our clients receive the best rates, benefits, and service available in the market. Your role will also involve collaborating with suppliers globally to enhance the travel experience for our clients, ensuring every detail is meticulously checked to provide a smooth and stress-free journey. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to implement industry-leading sales tactics to increase commission growth while resolving customer complaints with excellent service and proper resolution. Responsibilities
• Assisting high net worth clients in booking travel, including commercial flights, luxury hotels, vacation homes, and car rentals.

• Using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers.

• Working with suppliers around the world to ensure clients receive the best rates, benefits, value, and service.

• Increasing commissions growth by implementing industry-leading sales tactics.

• Resolving customer complaints via excellent service and proper resolution.
Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.

• At least 3 years experience booking and coordinating luxury travel.

• At least 3 years experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.

• 5+ years experience at a luxury travel agency.
