This Business Process Consultant will work primarily in the domain of<span> IT business analysis. They will support the analysis, design, and implementation of a variety of technical solutions across the organization. This role will also focus on understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.</span></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>How will you make a difference as a Business Process Consultant at Fragomen?</b> </span></p><ul><li><span>Create high-level and detailed process documentation, including process flows and system use cases</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects</span></li><li><span>Translate business needs into functional user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications</span></li><li><span>Support the configuration and customization of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives</span></li><li><span>Facilitate requirements workshops, demos, and validation sessions with business and technical teams</span></li><li><span>Assist in testing activities by defining test cases, supporting user acceptance testing, and tracking defects</span></li><li><span>Prioritize and manage change requests, issues, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle</span></li><li><span>Continuously improve knowledge of IT systems and emerging technologies to provide innovative business solutions</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>3+ years of previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant or other key business professional working on IT projects preferred</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with IT service management platforms, workflow automation, or related tools is a plus</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus</span></li><li><span>Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams</span></li><li><span>Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile BA, or other technical certifications) and/or experience with various SDLC methodologies are a plus</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Benefits:</b></span></p><p>At Fragomen, we know that great people make a great organization.
